Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All online orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You should allow five (5) to eight (8) business days (M-F not including US Holidays) for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number. Please refer to your tracking information for the specific delivery date. We ship our products through the US Postal Service anywhere within the continental United States.

If your tracking information states that your order is "delivered” we are not liable for its whereabouts beyond that, and we recommend that you contact your local USPS to locate your shipment.

BULK ORDERS:

For orders of 24 units or more per item, or to place wholesale orders, contact us at info@theurbanflavor.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We currently do not ship our products outside the continental United States.

RETURNS  AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on food products, gift cards or sale items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

SPECIAL OFFERS & SALES:

  • Promotional discounts are only available while supplies last. A limited quantity of promotional discounts are available per item. If supplies are still available after all of the promotional discounts have been used, customers may purchase the item at its regular price.

  • Orders must be placed before expiration to receive the promotional discount.

  • Promotional discounts are good only for the specific products featured.

REFUNDS (if applicable):

Please contact us with any issues you may have with our products. If your request for a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank, or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Afterwards, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@theurbanflavor.com.

REFUNDS FOR GIFTS:    

In the event we approve a refund for an item that someone else purchased and marked as a gift for you, and that we shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the purchase.

In the event we approve a refund for an item that someone else purchased and marked as a gift for you, but that we shipped directly to them, then they will receive a refund for the value of the purchase.

In the event we approve a refund for an item that someone else purchased, but did not mark as a gift for you, and that we shipped directly to you, then the buyer will receive a refund for the value of the purchase.

Orders originally purchased with a The Urban Flavor gift card will be refunded as a store credit.

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items when they are defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@theurbanflavor.com.

DAMAGES:

In the event your order is delivered with damages, please take a photo of the damaged shipment in its original shipping package and email the photo to us at info@theurbanflavor.com.
